For the turkey medallions with zucchini and potatoes, boil the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and also cut into half slices.

Fry the turkey medallions and zucchini slices in olive oil, add the bacon just before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
