Cut the large zucchini in half and scoop out with a spoon. Cut the two small zucchini into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan or saucepan and cook the onions in it. Add the diced zucchini and the flesh of the large zucchini and cook until translucent. Finely dice the garlic and add it to the oil. Add the paradeis pulp and about 1 tbsp of tap water, bring to the boil briefly and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Crumble in half the amount of feta cheese. Fill the hollowed out zucchini halves into baking dish, fill with the zucchini cheese amount and crumble the second half amount of feta cheese on top. Spread remaining filling around zucchini in baking dish and bake on center rack of oven heated to 200OC for about half an hour. When doing so, cover with a lid or aluminum foil for the first 1500 cmin.
