Try this delicious cake recipe:
Mix ingredients for the base together with the kneading spiral of the hand mixer and spread evenly on a good greased and semolina crumbed round mold. (Semolina is better than breadcrumbs because it is finer!).
Mix the ingredients for the middle layer together as well and spread evenly on the bottom.
Do the same with the top layer.
Bake the cake at medium temperature on the middle rack for about 40-50 min, always checking, assuming it gets too dark cover with aluminum foil and lower the temperature.
If the toothpick with which you check remains dry the cake is good.
