Filling and glaze:


For the orange hearts, quickly knead together all the ingredients for the dough and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.

After rolling, cut out hearts from the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees convection oven for about 10 minutes, let cool.

Put 2 hearts each together with jam. Heat the orange juice for the glaze and stir in powdered sugar until it is completely dissolved.

Glaze cookies and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
