Peel apples, cut a lid small and hollow out the inside. Boil white wine, juice of one lemon, water and sugar/honey. Steep apples in it for 5 min. and then cool in the syrup. Then lift out of the juice, drain well, place on glass plates and refrigerate. Stir the juice with the jelly or jam and season to taste with rum, orange liqueur or blackberry liqueur. Fill the apples with ice cream and pour the red fruit sauce over them.
