Instructions:

For the carrot soup, sauté onion in oil until translucent.

Add the carrots and sauté. Pour in the soup and cook on the stove until soft with the lid closed.

Add the nuts and grind with a pastry blender to a creamy soup.

Season the carrot soup with pepper and salt and serve decorated with plucked coriander leaves.
