For the zucchini vegetables with garlic, peel the zucchini, remove the seeds from large zucchinis and cut finely, e.g. with a spiral cutter (works best with small zucchinis).
Finely chop the garlic and sauté in the butter. Add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper. Steam briefly with the lid closed. The finer the vegetables are cut, the less time they need to be steamed!
Serve the zucchini vegetables with garlic.
