For the chicken salad, cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sauté on olive oil. (If you want you can add more spices like basil or rosemary).
Leave to cool. Rinse grapes, chop nuts.
For the dressing, mix yogurt, honey and apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like it sweeter, you can add more honey.
Mix grapes, nuts, chicken and dressing. Arrange on lettuce and enjoy with luggage.
