For the turkey caprese, preheat the oven and spread out the fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper and prepare them according to the package instructions.

Wash the turkey breast, cut into larger pieces and fry in a little oil or frying butter. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slightly thicker slices.

Once the turkey breast is done roasting, top with the tomato and mozzarella slices and place on the baking sheet with the fries. Then place this back in the oven.

While the mozzarella is melting in the oven, sauté the vegetables in the same pan. Salt and pepper the vegetables and season with a little wok sauce. Garnish the turkey fillets with arugula and serve the vegetables together with the turkey caprese.
