For the power cookies, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Dice the room-warm butter and beat in a large bowl with the egg until fluffy.
Add the sugar, flour, salt, lemon zest, rolled oats, wheat bran, wheat germ and raisins and mix well.
Portion the dough with a tablespoon and shape into small, just under 1 cm high taler and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until crisp.
