A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Make a thin pancake batter with the eggs, salt and white flour. Let the dough stand for 1/2 hour. Rinse the pumpkin flowers well. Do not remove the stem end, but cut away the pistil. Turn the blossoms at the beginning in the pancake batter, then in the bread crumbs on the other side and bake in the hot butter fat on both sides until light brown (2 to 3 min). Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
