For baked pumpkin wedges, wash the pumpkin and cut into wedges. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Mix oil with garlic, ginger, chili, sesame seeds, salt, pepper to a marinade and marinate pumpkin slices with it.

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Put pumpkin together with pumpkin seeds in a baking dish and grill for 20 minutes.

Arrange baked pumpkin wedges and serve.
