For the wrap in banana leaf, soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Then heat in a little water until dissolved. Stir into the cream cheese, season with orange mustard, salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese cream on the wheat tortillas. Spread the lettuce, chicken breast and tomatoes evenly on top, leaving a wide border all around. Sprinkle with the parsley.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortillas up, the top down, then fold the left and right sides toward the center.

Divide the banana leaves into 8 pieces and wrap the wraps individually in them.

Tie with raffia.

Keep refrigerated.
