For the banana slices without butter, first prepare the dough. To do this, beat the eggs and sugar until foamy. Add water and oil and mix well, finally fold in the flour with the mixed baking powder. Spread on the baking tray and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
For the cream, mix the custard powder and sugar and stir with half of the whipped cream. Bring the milk to a boil, add mixed pudding powder while stirring and boil once.
Cover hot pudding with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Whip the remaining whipped cream until stiff, stir the cooled pudding once with a mixer and mix with stiffly whipped cream.
Spread the cooled cake with currant jam, place the chopped bananas on top, spread the cream on top and finally cover the banana slices without butter with the melted chocolate.
