For the Café Banana Split, put a spoonful of brown sugar in the glass.

Put a Nespresso Grand Cru in your coffee machine and prepare the coffee (40 ml).

Put the milk in the milk frother (Aeroccino) and press the button for cold milk froth or use the steam nozzle of your coffee machine.

Pour the milk and foam over the coffee.

Cut the banana into cubes.

Put a whole cookie halfway into the glass and place the banana pieces on top of the cookie.

Put the caramel dessert topping on the banana on top of the Café Banana Split.
