For the marble cake orange preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush a loaf pan with butter and dust with breadcrumbs.

Grate the orange peel and squeeze the orange. Mix 2 tablespoons of orange juice with the cocoa powder to color the cake.

Beat the egg whites until firm. Cream butter, yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest. Stir in flour and baking powder mixture.

Stir in milk and orange juice. Fold in the snow. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the loaf pan. Color the remaining batter with the stirred cocoa and pour it on top of the light batter.

Stir through the batter once with a wooden stick. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 60 minutes.

Test with a chopstick! Let stand for 5 minutes in the form, the marble cake orange then cool on a grid.
