Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

1. beat eggs and 1 pinch of salt until creamy. Mix 175 g flour and baking powder, fold in. Fold in 200 ml milk and mineral water. Allow to swell for approx. 10 min.

2. clean or peel vegetables, rinse. Cut into slices or

divide into roses. Remove the skin from the onion and chop.

Stir sesame seeds into the dough. Heat clarified butter in batches in a frying pan (24 cm ø). Bake approx. 1 1 pancakes from the batter in sequence. Layer pancakes, cheese and ham alternately, finish with cheese.

4. bake pancake tower in hot oven (electric oven: 200 degrees / convection oven: 175 degrees / gas: level 3) for about 12 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the vegetables in 1/2 liter of salted water for about 8 minutes with the lid closed. Drain, collect cooking water. Sauté onion in fat. Sauté 2 tbsp. flour in it. Add cooking water and one eighth of a liter of milk.

Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 min. Heat vegetables in it, season. Add crème fraîche. Arrange everything.
