Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Cream soft sugar, shortening, eggs, cinnamon and ground cloves with the whisks of a mixer. Add coarsely chopped nuts, finely chopped flour, chocolate, baking powder and rum and fold in.
Spread the dough on a greased baking tray (about 30×40 cm) and put it in the BAckofen. Switch to 175 °C and bake for about 20 minutes.
For the glaze, pour the hot water over the coffee powder. Stir with the pude sugar. Brush the cake plate with it. Immediately cut into squares, then into triangles and top each with a mocha bean. Cool.
Firm on the spot and crumble when cutting. Evt. also cut when cooled. Taste very good.
