For the peach pie, first prepare the sponge dough. For the sponge dough, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites. Mix the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar well (dry).

Mix flour and baking powder well (dry). Then mix confectioners’ sugar and vanilla sugar mixture with the eggs, then spoon by spoon add the flour.

After everything is well mixed, fold in the beaten egg whites. Then spread either in a greased mold or on a baking sheet.

Bake at 170-180 degrees for about 30 minutes. (pin test)

For the peach cream, strain the peaches (reserving the juice) and cut into small pieces. Add whipped cream, cream stiffener, paradise cream powder and peach juice to a bowl, put the lid on and shake briefly.

Then add the peach pieces and stir until no more powder is visible. Then spread on the cooled sponge cake base and enjoy.
