Cook bacon, fry greens, add lentils and clear soup, simmer on low heat for half an hour.
Add the potatoes and the onion peppered with the bay leaf spice and cloves, season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, simmer for another 15 minutes.
Fill up with the hot lentil soup.
(Depending on your choice, bring hot sausages to the table with it).
