Bean Pan with Feta & Garlic Bread

Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

1. drain, rinse and drain beans. Peel onions, chop coarsely. Rinse tomatoes, chop coarsely. Rinse thyme and pluck off, except for a tiny bit.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sauté 2/3 onions until translucent. Add paradeis pulp and sauté. Add tomatoes and thyme and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add beans. Season with salt and pepper. Add one eighth of a liter of water, whipped cream and clear soup. Bring to a boil and simmer gently with lid on for 4-5 min.

Remove peel from garlic and cut into slices. Cut bread slices in half. Toast both in hot fat. Season bean pan with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Coarsely crumble feta. Sprinkle with remaining onions, garnish with remaining thyme. Serve with garlic bread.
