For the raspberry-almond smoothie, peel bananas and cut into large pieces. Wash and core the apple and also cut into large pieces.

Add freshly washed raspberries, lemon balm, almond pieces, vanilla sugar and plenty of water to a large mug and blend everything.

Season to taste with a dash of lemon. Enjoy immediately with ice cubes!
