Instructions:

Mix the ingredients for the tzatziki together and steep for about 1 hour.

For the gyros: Heat some fat in the frying pan and roast the meat with the ingredients until crispy (do not buy ready-seasoned gyros, has too much salt).

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
