Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Heat some oil in wok or possibly frying pan, roast the onions in it until soft. Add the shrimp and roast until the color changes. Then add the soybean sprouts and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate.

Remove everything from the frying pan and mix well with the 8 beaten eggs.

Heat a little oil in the frying pan and spread evenly all over the bottom of the frying pan.

Pour in 1/ of the egg mixture and roast until the egg is set, turn to the other side and bake the other side. Fold in half and place on a platter. Repeat the whole procedure again until all the mixture is used up.

For the sauce: mix all the ingredients well, put them in a frying pan and bring to the boil. Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken. The sauce is served separately and poured over the omelettes.
