Gyros with Tzatziki and Coleslaw

Preparation Cut pork into tender strips. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove core and chop very finely. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely. Remove oregano leaves from the branches.

Cut red onions into thin strips. Marinate peppers, pork, paprika, oregano, garlic and onions well with the canola oil. Rinse the cucumber, cut into thin strips or roughly slice.

Preparation Heat frying pan, roast the marinated meat in it and prepare it as a stir-fry. Mix well curd cheese, yogurt, oil, cucumber, pressed garlic and onions and season with salt, pepper and a little fresh dill tips.

Arrange meat evenly on plates, offer or pour tzatziki over meat. Serve with coleslaw.

Tip: The higher the fat content of the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
