Turkey breast rinse, onions cut into rings. Mix juice of one lemon, chicken stock with onions and lemon slices. Marinate the turkey breast in it for 2 hours. Then dry the meat, fry in hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Pour in marinade, steam for about 1 hour.

Clean broccoli, rinse, divide into roses, cook in boiling hot salted water for about 8 minutes. Roast almond leaves and sprinkle over broccoli.

Pour whipped cream into the stock. Mix in sauce binder, bring to boil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything on a platter and sprinkle with colored pepper.
