Peel mangos, cut flesh from the stone. Cut one half into small cubes, mash the rest with lime juice and sugar.

Whip cream stiffener and whipped cream until stiff. Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream and finally stir in the diced pulp. Place the cream in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Garnish with the chocolate before serving.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
