For the noodle burger, cook ramen noodles in boiling water. Drain water and let noodles cool a little.

Beat two eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs to the noodles and stir well until the noodles are evenly coated with the eggs.

Enter the pasta into 8 hamburger-sized ramekins. Place plastic wrap over the top and flatten the noodles (it’s best to weigh them down with a mold). Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Mix beef mince with soy sauce and sesame oil. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into loaves.

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the noodle loafs in it on both sides, giving them a burger shape. Fry on one side for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

On the other side, about 3 minutes, so that it is a little softer than on the other side. Place the loaves on a large plate, crispy side up.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry the meatballs until they are still slightly pink in the center (each side about 3-5 minutes on medium heat). Top each meat loaf with toast cheese and fry for about 1 minute more, until cheese is melted.

Mix ketchup with Sriracha sauce and spread on crispy side of noodle loaves. Spread arugula over four loaves and top with meat.
