Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Paradeiser, onions, carrot, sauté in a tiny bit of olive oil and then covertzirka 20 min cook. Make about 80g of pasta. Put the pasta in an ovenproof dish and pour the tomato sauce over it. Spread 1/2 block of spinach (defrosted a few hours before) evenly over the pasta and season well with nutmeg. Now spread about 4 tablespoons of heavy cream or crème fraîche evenly over the pasta and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

In the lexicon of the popular errors is to be read by the way:

Spinach, that every good mom knows, has a lot of iron. That’s why many little kids are fed spinach, whether they like it or not. In fact, however, there is less iron in commercial spinach than in white bread, for example, and 100g of chocolate have three times as much iron content as the same mass of spinach.

Nutritionally this is proven since the 30’s, but prejudices usually last a little longer, unusually in Germany(,-))

End of quote.
