Rinse defrosted squid and clean according to package directions. Sprinkle with the juice of half the lemons. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Roast squid in hot oil for 6-8 min. Add garlic slices and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle coarsely chopped parsley on top. Cut remaining lemon into pieces and arrange on top of squid to serve. Serve with baguette and herb butter.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
