For the baked bananas, peel the bananas and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff. Mix egg yolks, milk, vanilla sugar, oil and flour.

Carefully fold in beaten egg whites. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain the baked bananas on kitchen roll.
