Instructions:

For the white chocolate slices, first prepare the topping. To do this, heat the whipped cream and completely dissolve the chopped chocolate in it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). For the pastry base, separate the eggs and whisk the yolks, sugar, oil and water until well frothy. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa and gradually stir into the egg mixture, finally carefully fold in the beaten egg white and spread the dough on a baking tray (30x40cm) lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Once the cake base has cooled, whip the cream with a mixer and spread evenly on the cake base and sprinkle the white chocolate slices with coconut flakes.
