For the carrot-sunflower bread grate the carrots and knead well with the remaining ingredients. Let the dough rise in the oven at 30 °C top/bottom heat.

Then knead well again by hand and place the dough in a loaf pan. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes.

Sprinkle the carrot-sunflower bread with water after baking.
