Instructions:

For the skupanki boil peeled potatoes in salted water not too soft. Strain the water, let the potatoes cool a bit, then dust them with 4 tablespoons of flour.

Add about 100 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon of milk and mash everything nicely into a thick mass. Let this mass rest for some time.

Then cut out large dumplings with a tablespoon and serve the skupanki sprinkled with poppy seeds and lightly sweetened.
