For the mozzarella spread, first wash the marjoram, thyme, parsley and basil, drain well and chop finely. Crumble the mozzarella and place in a bowl.

Add yogurt, salt, paprika powder, spices, tomato paste and crushed garlic and blend with a blender until creamy. Serve the mozzarella spread.
