For the tomato mozzarella toast, brown the toast in the oven at 200°C degrees – left and right.

In the meantime, thinly slice the tomatoes and spread on the toast, salt, pepper and sprinkle with dried oregano and also put in the oven until the tomatoes dry on top.

Top with the sliced mozzarella (an egg slicer works best) and melt in the oven. Serve the tomato mozzarella toast with tomato wedges and fresh basil.
