For the dough:


For the peanut loaves, make a shortcrust pastry with the first 5 ingredients and let it rest for about half an hour. After resting, roll out about 3 mm thick, brush with egg white and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Cut as desired, in lozenges or rectangular shape. Then place on the baking sheet and refrigerate.

After about half an hour put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake until light brown.
