Beat margarine with powdered sugar, egg yolks, vanilla pulp, instant coffee, 1 tsp. orange zest until creamy. Sift flour and cocoa and fold into the mixture. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a small nozzle and pipe 80 bean-shaped strips of about 3 cm in size onto baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in oven preheated to 200 °C for approx. 12 minutes, allow to cool. Knead the marzipan paste with 1 tsp. orange zest, orange juice, liqueur and jam, form into small balls and assemble 2 cookies with each. Melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath, put it in a small freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Use it to pipe a grid over the marzipan cookies.
