Prepare a shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm, cut out desired numbers (3 pieces per number), bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool completely.

For the mascarpone-orange-vanilla cream, whisk unrefrigerated Qimiq until smooth, whip the cream, mix the remaining ingredients with Qimiq and fold in the cream.

For the Qimiq Buttermilk Banana Cream, whip all ingredients except Qimiq well with a hand blender, whip Qimiq until smooth, add buttermilk mixture in stages, whip well chilled Qimiq Whip and fold in.

Place one of the creams in a piping bag, pipe dots onto the first number plate, place the 2nd plate on top, pipe dots again and do exactly the same with the 3rd plate.

Use the other type of cream for the 2nd number. Garnish the naked cake with fruit, flowers, etc. as desired.
