For the stuffed potato loaf, peel the cooked potatoes and press them through the potato press. Then add egg, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the potatoes and mix everything into a dough.
Roll out the dough on the floured board and cut out slices about 1/2 cm thick. Fry the finely chopped onion, add parsley and smoked meat and mix everything together.
Cover half of the potato slices with it and cover with the remaining pieces of dough, pressing the edges well together.
Bake the stuffed potato loaves in hot fat until golden brown.
