Instructions:

Make the potatoes, peel and cool. Then cut into large cubes, the fish fillet also cut into large cubes, finely dice the bacon. Cut the onion into rings and roast them in a frying pan with butter.

Roast the potatoes in a frying pan with clarified butter and the bacon until light brown. Add the fish and fry it all around, sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Two eggs like fried eggs over it form and brown briefly.

Next, add the onion rings and season again with salt and pepper. Put a lid on the frying pan and let the eggs fry. Before serving, grate some freshly grated Gouda on top.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
