For the cherry and cocoa cup cake, put all the ingredients in a large cup (330 ml should be enough) and mix until you have a smooth mixture.

Place cup in microwave and bake on highest wattage, watching, for about 2 minutes.

For the topping, add some more cherry toast to the cup cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
