For the meat pudding, grease and crumble the pudding molds well.Soak the bread and chop the parsley.Divide the eggs and beat until stiff.Beat the yolks, margarine and spices until frothy.Squeeze the soaked bread well, strain it, add it with the minced meat and sour cream to the decoction.Fill the pudding molds 3/4 full.Poach in a water bath (the water level must be kept constant – add hot water).Turn out the meat pudding and portion it.
