Toast the slices of toast, fry the bacon in a pan and keep everything warm. Beat the eggs together. Clean the chanterelles and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Heat the butter in the same pan and sauté the chanterelles in it. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in eggs and stir until creamy. Now cover 2 slices of toast with bacon. Spread the scrambled eggs on top, sprinkle with chives and cover with the remaining two slices of toast.
