For the oven dish with cabbage sprouts, chestnuts and potatoes, cut the chestnuts crosswise with a sharp knife, put them in an oven dish and put them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes burst open and you can peel them very easily. If they are not quite cooked through, leave the chestnuts in the oven for a little while longer.
