Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

1. toast pine nuts in a frying pan without fat until light brown. Cool. Clean, rinse, spin dry and coarsely chop arugula. Rinse apple, core in quarters and cut into coarse pieces.

2. apple, arugula, pine nuts, grape seed oil and juice of one lemon in a blitz chopper very finely. Then gradually mix in the| Parmesan cheese. Season with 1 pinch of salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, risotto or roasted white meat.
