Peel the onion, garlic and potatoes. Chop onion and garlic finely, cut potatoes into cubes. Clean cabbage sprouts, cut small ones in half, large ones in quarters.
Heat lard in a pot, fry onion in it until light blond. Add cabbage sprouts, potatoes and garlic, season with spices, pour in soup and cook until soft.
In the meantime, cook the sausages. Season the stew to taste just before serving.
