Rinse the raspberries and clean them thoroughly. Peel the limes, removing the white skin at the same time. Then cut into slices. Put everything into a saucepan. Stir the sugar (2) with the gelling agent and add to the fruit.

Bring to a boil, add remaining sugar (1) and bubble repeatedly. Bubble for 1 minute and stir through with the raspberry brandy.
