Cream margarine with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Whisk egg yolks and gradually stir in. Mix flour with cornflour and cocoa powder and fold in. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a small, smooth nozzle and pipe small “fir trees” onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in oven preheated to 210 °C for approx. 7 minutes. Allow to cool. For the glaze, melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie and mix well. Coat the little trees with the glaze and allow to dry a little, sprinkle with sugar pearls and leave to dry in a cool place.
