1. defrost scampi turn off the head, peel off the scampi except for the tail fan. Then rinse and dry thoroughly with kitchen roll.

2. rinse zucchini, cut ends into small pieces. Stand upright on the surface and cut the light green edge pieces from top to bottom from the soft inside small. Cut into fine strips. Remove skin from garlic cloves and cut into slices.

Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Pluck the mint from the stems and cut into small pieces.

Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Roast zucchini and garlic in it for about 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4. roast crab tails in remaining 2 tbsp. oil in another frying pan for about 2 min., season with salt and season with pepper. Add zucchini and tomato mixture and mint, mix well. Drain the spaghetti.

Add to the zucchini and crayfish tail mixture form, seasoning.
